How to set up your email signature
Before you get started, please note:
- You don't need to include your signature on many internal emails - especially anything less than three lines long. Consider removing it before sending internal emails.
- Please do not modify the generated signature in any way - this is what has been approved.
To generate your signature:
- Press Get email signature below, then use Ctrl+A (Windows) or Cmd+A (Mac) to select the whole signature and copy it.
- Open Outlook, begin composing a new email and click the Signature button at the top.
- Start a new signature, and paste in what you copied earlier.
